30-Day Return & Refund Policy

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

    • In its original packaging

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or final sale items

Return Process

  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the provided return address.

Refunds

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • The refund will be credited to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Contact your credit card company or bank (processing times may vary)

  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact our support team within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
